Just found a great website for those like us ..that are living with a long term health condition . The site has partners such as Macmillan , Arthritis Care and The Terrence Higgins Trust.

Mainly about rights in work and Benefits but definitely worth an in depth look :)

Hi Rich

This is a really good site with lots of valuable information and links. I found the information on "Living Well" a useful resource. Thanks for posting it up Rich. Wonder whether NRAS might wish to be linked/partnered with the site? There are a fair few charities listed.

as even a reciprocal link would be of use :) It is part funded by the DWP as well . There are a lot of plans afoot to increase help for people to get back into work as well as increasing conditionality , so any info is a bonus :)
